Poplin Townhouse Refurbishment
For this project, we offered the landlord a guaranteed rent. The landlord couldn't rent the property as it was in need of a light refurbishment. In agreement, we refurbed the property for the landlord using our build team. The house was converted from a typical BTL to a Serviced Accommodation standards. This house works great for our contractors and families staying in the area. This house we was able to benefit from changing the office to a double bedroom.
St Nicholas Townhouse Refurbishment
For this project, the landlord was renting to students. The property was left in a bad condition and the landlord was unable to rent the property for the following year. The property was left vacant for 9 months. We refurbished the property for the landlord and changed the use to Serviced Accommodation. Initially, they were taking £1500 rent per month now the property is taking between £3000 to £5000 per month depending on the time of the year.
