When we started our company back in 2019 we had one aim. To get landlords the maximum rental income on their property and provide them with the best possible service.
We began in Manchester, partnering with local landlords to help them fix up their properties, before introducing them to our rent guarantee scheme and using our relationships with many of our corporate clients to fill their investment properties.
It wasn’t long before we found ourselves managing entire property portfolios on our landlords’ behalves.
